  • Nervous System Regulation: Techniques like breath work and grounding help shift the body from stress-driven, survival states into calm, restorative states where healing can occur.

  • Emotional Integration: Clients are supported to safely feel and release emotions, with grounding and presence, at their own pace.

  • Holistic Interconnection: Mind, body, emotions, and spirit are treated as interconnected, each influencing the other.

  • Experiential Learning: Practicing new self-care tools in familiar situations helps clients feel the difference between old patterns, and new embodied ways of being.
